Wah-Zha-Zhe of Pawhuska. The first Native American to attain the rank of Major General in the history of the United States Army, and the first United States Army general officer killed in combat in the Second World War, leading the long-range air mission he himself had planned, three days after the Battle of Midway. The Chairman Emeritus seat is held permanently in His honour and is never refilled. See osage.memorial.

Chairman of the Board with primary responsibility for the Tribal Affairs Committee, ceremonial protocol, and the standing relationship between the diaspora ecosystem and the Office of the Keeper of the Sacred Fire. Founding Chair of MIGA DAO; head of the House of Pahlavi in His generation; grandson of Her Imperial Highness Princess Ashraf Pahlavi (La Panthère Noire) and great-grandson of Her Majesty Queen Mother Tadj~ol-Molouk.
